With a genuine interest in society and business, we want to see Sweden grow

Since Kilenkrysset was founded in 1990, we have helped Stockholm, the Mälardalen region and the Øresund region grow and have given businesses sustainable opportunities to expand.

We want to see Sweden grow, and we contribute with what we do best: building and managing properties on land we own ourselves.

    We offer approx. 395,000 sq m of lettable space for warehouse, logistics and office use, in 17 municipalities.

    We are planning new urban districts and new logistics and industrial areas on the approx. 23 million sq m of land that we own. In this way we want to contribute to the development of society.
