Kilenkrysset has signed a lease agreement for a new building on the property
Nasaren 5, Eskilstuna Municipality. The agreement covers a car dealership facility for Biltjänsten Serrander Bil, an authorised KIA dealer.
The agreement covers a new building of 4,175 sq m, comprising 3,293 sq m of showroom/workshop and 882 sq m of offices and staff facilities. The property is in one of Eskilstuna's most attractive locations, with a good geographical position, strong visibility and easy access to both Eskilstuna city centre and the E20. Occupancy is scheduled for October 2027, with sales starting at the turn of the year 2027/2028.
