Kilenkrysset Sweden has signed a lease agreement with Bilia AB for the property Fräsaren 5, Strängnäs. Bilia AB is one of Europe's largest full-service providers for everything related to car ownership, with a leading position in service and sales of cars, vans and trucks. The agreement is signed for one of Bilia's passenger car facilities, and Bilia will move its existing operations at Eskilstunavägen 30 in Strängnäs.
The lease agreement runs for 7 years and covers 1,670 sq m over two floors, with a workshop, offices and a showroom. A parking area next to the premises is also included in the agreement. Occupancy is expected in November 2025. The premises are located in the Storängen business area along the busy Kilenvägen, close to both the E20 and national road 55, which gives good visibility. The same property is home to a well-established furniture company and several other businesses in transport, storage, cleaning and car sales.
