Kilenkrysset has signed a lease agreement with ACR, one of Europe's largest private providers of air traffic services, for part of the property Oppeby gård 1:5, Nyköping Municipality. The agreement covers 125 sq m of office and staff space and a workshop.
The agreement runs for 5 years, and occupancy took place in the autumn of 2025.
“We give ACR a warm welcome! The property where the premises are located has a green setting close to the E4, central Nyköping and Skavsta Airport, which is perfect for a business like ACR. They will fit in well with the property's existing tenants,” says Matilda Pettersson, Business Developer, Kilenkrysset.
– ACR has now chosen to expand its operations by establishing itself in Nyköping. During 2025 we will not only continue our core business in air traffic services but also establish a technical maintenance operation based in Nyköping.
