Kilenkrysset is selling two logistics properties off market in Haninge at an agreed property value of approximately SEK 465 million.
The buyer is the property company SLP.
The transaction comprises two fully let logistics properties in Haninge, Jordbromalm 6:90 and Jordbromalm 4:4. It is a so-called “off-market transaction”.
The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 24,000 sq m, a large part of which consists of chilled space, and a total annual rental value of just over SEK 29.5 million. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 465 million.

The properties are acquired through corporate transactions. Payment is made with own funds and a part payment in the form of 1,134,699 newly issued class B shares at a price of SEK 35.25 per share, corresponding to a value of SEK 40 million. The share issue is carried out under the authorisation from SLP's Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2024.
