Kilenkrysset is selling Solberga Handelsplats, Strängnäs Municipality.
The buyer is Scandinavia's leading company in retail properties, SHF – Svenska Handelsfastigheter.
The sale comprises three properties totalling 27,590 sq m with a total of 16 tenants, including Willys, Jysk, Stora Coop, Dollarstore, Rusta, Lidl and others. Together the properties make up, in practice, the entire Solberga retail park. The acquisition also includes a building currently under construction for the retail chain Jula, which expects to open a new store in the autumn of next year.
“Solberga is one of the most established and attractive retail parks in the Mälardalen region, with a strong position in an important growth region. The properties are fully let, and approximately 40 per cent of the rental income comes from large, well-known grocery chains. The rest comes from other everyday retail in the discount segment and a couple of restaurants.
Solberga is the largest area in Strängnäs Municipality, and one of the most attractive in the region, for discount and volume retail. The retail park also offers good accessibility thanks to its own exit from the E20 motorway and well-functioning public transport.

This submarket – from Eskilstuna to Södertälje – is one of the region's most interesting hubs, with a catchment area of close to 350,000 inhabitants,” says Jöran Rydberg.
Svenska Handelsfastigheter is already established in Eskilstuna, Södertälje and Västerås.
