Kilenkrysset has signed a lease agreement for a new establishment in the Kronoslätt Industripark area, Staffanstorp Municipality. The agreement covers the conversion of a building on the property Kronoslätt 1:4 for BCA, Europe's leading operator in car auctions, remarketing and vehicle transport.
The conversion covers a building of 3,600 sq m divided into the functional areas of washing, car reconditioning and inspection, plus indoor parking for cars, with associated offices and staff facilities. The leased property includes a site area of 12,000 sq m, which is asphalted for use as parking for cars. Occupancy is scheduled for March 2026.
The facility will give BCA a strategic presence in the Øresund region, bringing it closer to its customers in Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg and Copenhagen. The establishment in Staffanstorp is part of the major investment the company is now making to grow in Sweden. The investment also means that BCA will start transporting cars with its own fleet of trucks in Sweden. The group has more than 2,000 trucks in Europe, and the company's own trucks will now become a common sight on Swedish roads too.
