Kilenkrysset signs a new lease agreement with Opus Bilprovning for a new building on the property Graniten 11, located in the pleasant Biskopskvarn business area, Strängnäs Municipality. The area lies right next to the E20 and national road 55 and is part of a long-term development process. Businesses already established on the site include several fast-food chains and petrol stations, as well as a large used-car dealer.
The building is a vehicle inspection facility with an area of 300 sq m, plus an associated parking area of 1,800 sq m. Opus Bilprovning is already established in Strängnäs and has a previously signed lease for premises with Kilenkrysset. The move-in and formal opening of the new facility at Biskopskvarn to customers took place in early May.
