Kilenkrysset AB is building a 29,386 sq m production facility for Riddermark Bil AB in the pleasant Biskopskvarn business area, Strängnäs Municipality. The area lies right next to the E20 and national road 55 and is part of a long-term establishment process. Companies already established on the site include several fast-food chains and petrol stations.

The facility will have a strategic location with good exposure directly towards passing traffic on the E20. The construction comprises a total of 3 buildings that complement each other: building A, 15,710 sq m, building B, 8,793 sq m and building C, 4,883 sq m. All buildings will be owned by the jointly owned company Riddermark och Persson Fastigheter AB (UB), with ownership split between Riddermark (50%) and Kilenkrysset (50%). Possession is expected in 2024. The establishment will create approx. 300 new jobs.
Riddermark Bil currently has stores in Halmstad, Järfälla, Kalmar, Nacka, Sundsvall, Trollhättan, Tyresö, Skogås, Norsborg, Täby, Kungsängen, Västerås, Örebro and Östersund.
