The owners of the logistics property company Roc Properties have decided to distribute the company's holdings to the owners and let the properties revert to Bockasjö Holding and Frankenius Equity, and to Kilenkrysset, respectively.
Roc Properties began operations on 1 January this year with the goal of reaching a volume of SEK 6-7 billion within 2-3 years, followed by a stock market listing. However, in the current market situation, with rapidly rising inflation, growing concern in the interest rate market and general global uncertainty, the owners do not see that they will be able to carry out that plan.
Roc Properties currently owns three properties with a total area of 73,689 sq m, with the tenants Apoteket, DHL Nordic AB and Åhlens. Bockasjö Holding and Frankenius Equity will take over the properties leased by Apoteket and Åhlens. Kilenkrysset will take over the property where DHL is the tenant. After the properties have been sold, Kilenkrysset will take over the company Roc Properties.
