Kilenkrysset AB is now deepening its good collaboration with its existing customer Alfa Laval, this time with a workshop facility in Jordbro, Haninge Municipality.
– We are very proud that Alfa Laval once again wants to work with us. It all started in 2000 with a production facility in Eskilstuna, and after that we built their current head office in Lund. Alfa Laval is also a tenant in several premises in our industrial area Kronoslätts företagspark in Lund, Staffanstorp Municipality. We understand each other well, which means we can reach our goals quickly and efficiently, says Jan Persson, CEO and owner of Kilenkrysset.
– With the new satellite site in Jordbro we will be well located and get modern premises that allow expansion of our separator business. Accessibility is also good, as Jordbro is close to our current facility and our future innovation centre in Flemingsberg, says Susanne Dannelind, Head of Alfa Laval Tumba.
– Here we get fit-for-purpose premises and can also improve our sustainability through reduced use of packaging material and fewer transports, says Mats Berg, Head of Special Assembly and Delivery of Separation Modules at Alfa Laval.
The property Jordbromalm 4:4, which will now be developed with another commercial building, was acquired by Kilenkrysset AB in 2019. In addition to the two companies already established in the area, Bring and Bejing 8, the food company Nybergs Deli was welcomed in 2021 to a newly built commercial facility totalling 7,500 sq m.

The building now being constructed for Alfa Laval will comprise a workshop area of approx. 3,800 sq m and approx. 480 sq m of office and staff areas. Some 20 employees will work at the Jordbro facility, and the operation is expected to grow over the next few years. In October 2021 the “ground-breaking ceremony” took place with representatives of both Kilenkrysset and Alfa Laval. Possession is expected in autumn 2022.
