Kilenkrysset's logistics property Grönsta 2:48 in Svista, Eskilstuna, will have a rooftop solar panel system of just over 1,200 sq m installed. The tenant H&M, which leases the property as a central warehouse, will thereby gain access to green energy.
The supplier Swede Energy, a subsidiary of Soltech, has extensive experience of installing large rooftop solar panel systems on logistics and industrial properties.

We already have a good working relationship, which is now deepening, and we value that highly. This is a property owner that understands the importance of running its properties on green energy, in terms of both economy and environment. Swede Energy has previously built a solar panel system for Kilenkrysset on the property Örnäs 1:9 in Upplands-Bro, tenant Ramirent, and another system is currently being built on a property in Jordbro, future tenant Nybergs Deli.
