Through its strong presence in Bålsta and its decision to build a speculative building, Kilenkrysset Bålsta was able to meet KW Däckdepå’s need for commercial premises in Dragets Industrial Area quickly and efficiently. Four months after the lease agreement was signed, the business was fully up and running in the new premises.

The property Väppeby 7:249, located in Dragets Industrial Area next to the E18 in Bålsta, is one of several warehouse/logistics properties that Kilenkrysset Bålsta owns in the industrial area. The building is 4,580 sq m, divided between tyre storage and offices. A parking area and a further 15,558 sq m of land are included in the lease agreement, which runs for 10 years.
Kilenkrysset Bålsta has been active in the municipality for a long time and has long-term plans for its investment in the Stockholm Nord area. The company has invested in large land areas, and in Bålsta alone it currently has 21,589 sq m of zoned land ready for suitable customer enquiries.

Håbo Municipality, with Bålsta as its main town, is a growing municipality with 22,000 residents. The community is characterised by strong small businesses and an active club and association life.
