Kilenkrysset Bålsta has acquired the property Gredelby 1:141, located in the northern part of Ar:s företagspark, Knivsta Municipality. The property, which is zoned for industry, warehousing, restaurants, offices and retail, comprises approx. 18,000 sq m of buildable development land.
The deal took place on 30 June 2020, and the seller was Lindbäcks Bygg Aktiebolag.
