Kilenkrysset completes an impressive land sale: 200,000 sq m of zoned land for logistics construction. The buyer is the European logistics property company Logicor, which further strengthens its presence in the Nordic region with the purchase. The price has not been disclosed.
The sale includes the properties Krummeltorp 1:2, 107,000 sq m, Nykvarn Municipality, and Kronoslätt 1:7, 88,000 sq m, Staffanstorp Municipality, together zoned for almost 110,000 sq m of logistics construction.

The 107,000 sq m property in Nykvarn, with the potential to develop up to 66,000 sq m of lettable area, is located in one of the Stockholm region's most strategic logistics hubs. Nykvarn lies west of Södertälje, close to important transport routes such as the E20 to the west, road 55 with northbound and southbound connections, and the E4 and the Port of Södertälje.
On the 88,000 sq m property in Staffanstorp, Malmö, approx. 45,000 sq m of lettable area is planned. The land is close to the E6, one of Sweden's important transport routes connecting Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Copenhagen, and close to the E22, which links Malmö with Norrköping and northern Sweden.
Construction is planned to start in early 2025, and the aim is to certify the buildings to BREEAM Excellent.
