Kilenkrysset AB signs a lease agreement with NCC Sverige AB for part of the property Oppeby gård 1:5, Nyköping Municipality. The agreement covers 525 sq m of office and staff facilities spread over two floors.
“It is very pleasing to sign this lease agreement with NCC in particular. They are an operator that will fit well with the property's existing tenants. The agreement builds on the existing relationship between Kilenkrysset and NCC,” says Matilda Pettersson, Business Developer at Kilenkrysset.
The property is set close to nature, near the E4, central Nyköping and Skavsta Airport. Possession takes place in summer 2024.
