Kilenkrysset Sweden welcomes Servistore AB to the property Fräsaren 5 in Strängnäs. Servistore operates in storage and offers smart, secure storage units for both private and business customers.
The premises the company will lease in Strängnäs are located in the Storängen business area along the busy Kilenvägen, close to both the E20 and national road 55. The same property is home to a well-established furniture company.
The agreement runs for 15 years and covers a floor area of 1,134 sq m, all of it available for letting to customers as self storage. The storage facility offers customers spaces adapted to their different individual storage needs. All units have a high level of security, with alarms and camera surveillance both inside and outside, and are heated all year round. Letting to customers starts at the beginning of July 2023.
