Kilenkrysset has signed a lease agreement for an establishment in the Gorsingeberget area, Strängnäs Municipality. The agreement concerns a new building on the property part of Gorsinge 1:20 for Gummigrossen, part of the largest tyre wholesaler in the Nordic and Baltic region, Nordic Tyre Group AB.
For Gummigrossen, the agreement means that the company is moving its existing operations in Örnsköldsvik and gaining an establishment that strengthens both its presence and its distribution network in a positive direction. The geographical location in the Mälardalen region contributes to both fewer transports and a smaller climate footprint, two important factors for continued strong growth in Sweden. In addition to Sweden, Nordic Tyre Group AB also has operations in Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The operations in Strängnäs are expected to create many new jobs.

The building will have an area of approx. 32,000 sq m, including a warehouse area of 31,795 sq m and an office section. It will have an attractive location directly at the southern entrance to the Gorsingeberget area, an area directly adjacent to the E20 and national road 55. The associated site area will include both parking and a storage area for vehicles. Occupancy is expected in January 2026.
