Kilenkrysset is selling the two logistics properties Taggsvampen 1 in Lidköping and Bleckslagaren 9 in Örebro, both fully let to companies within the Frigoscandia group. The buyer is the Swedish property company SLP – Swedish Logistic Property. The transaction has a total property value of SEK 127.5 m.
The property Taggsvampen 1 in Lidköping has a total area of 71,300 sq m with a lettable area of approximately 16,000 sq m, and Bleckslagaren 9 in Örebro has a total area of 22,300 sq m with a lettable area of approximately 4,700 sq m. The premises in both properties consist mainly of chilled and frozen storage. The total annual rent amounts to approximately SEK 8.5 m, which gives an average rent level of approximately SEK 400 per sq m.
