Kilenkrysset has signed a lease agreement with Sortera Recycling AB

Kilenkrysset and Sortera Recycling AB have today signed a lease agreement for the properties Rosersberg 11:92 and Rosersberg 11:144.
Our premises will have space for both Recycling and Industry.
Occupancy takes place on 1 October 2020 and the agreement runs for 20 years.


About the company's operations in Sweden:
Sortera Group consists of three divisions with several geographical locations, with recycling as the common denominator:

• Recycling: collects and processes construction waste into various raw materials such as fuel, metal, plasterboard, etc.

• Industry: works with vacuum technology in construction, industry and combined heat and power.

• Materials: supplies various recycled raw materials to combined heat and power plants and the construction industry, and is also a major player in the closure of landfills
around Sweden. It is Sweden's largest player in soil remediation and water treatment.


Our existing tenant RGE AB, which also built the building, will leave us during the year.
