Kilenkrysset sells land in Staffanstorp

Kilenkrysset has sold approx. 120,000 sq m of industrial land to Microsoft in Staffanstorp Logistics Centre. Microsoft intends to build a world-class data centre that meets sustainable and environmentally friendly standards and that will support the continued growth in demand for cloud and internet services in the Nordic region and Europe.

“Kilenkrysset is very pleased to welcome Microsoft to Staffanstorp. Staffanstorp Logistics Centre was almost entirely vacant when Kilenkrysset acquired the portfolio seventeen years ago. Now all the buildings have been fully let for the past three years, and we see very strong demand for the remaining industrial building rights. Staffanstorp's good infrastructure and its business-friendly, proactive municipal leadership have been decisive in making it possible to offer Microsoft this opportunity,” says Jan Persson, Chairman of the Board, Kilenkrysset.
