On 15 January 2021, Kilenkrysset signed a new lease agreement with the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) in Strängnäs for office space in the property Fenix1, building A and building B.
The lease agreement covers the office space of approx. 2,175 sq m in Fenix1 building B, which the Swedish Gambling Authority has occupied since 2010, plus additional office space of approx. 315 sq m in the adjoining building A.
To link the spaces, which are on the same floor, Kilenkrysset will build an extension in spring 2021 in the form of a glazed walkway that will form the passage between the two buildings. The new premises are expected to be taken into use in late summer 2021.
