On 11 November 2020, Kilenkrysset and BCA Vehicle Remarketing AB signed a lease agreement for a facility located on Gorsingeberget in Strängnäs.
The agreement covers a floor area of 3,434 sq m divided into three workshop premises for washing, car reconditioning and inspection, with associated offices and staff facilities, plus 1,590 sq m of indoor parking for cars.
The leased property includes a site area of 60,000 sq m, of which 45,000 sq m is asphalted for use as parking for cars. Construction starts in spring 2021 and is expected to be completed in spring 2022.
