We at Kilenkrysset are very proud to present the restaurant chain Brödernas as a new tenant in our existing restaurant property at Solberga Handelsplats. The property has a total area of 192 sq m with an associated outdoor seating area and customer parking. The property was built in 2014 and has since housed one and the same operator, although with different franchisees.
Possession of the premises and various customer adaptations will take place in March, and the plan is to open to restaurant guests as early as April. The business will have around 10 employees, and recruitment has already begun.
