Construction of the property Jordbromalm 4:4, with business premises for Nybergs Deli in Haninge Municipality, is well under way. The customer's operations consist of preparing, processing and packaging meat and plant-based foods, so the process includes both heating and cooling of products. The premises to be built therefore require a high degree of specialisation in design, execution and choice of materials, and strict requirements apply to maintaining hygiene standards such as temperatures and flows. The business premises will have a total area of 7,500 sq m.
