At the end of 2019 Kilenkrysset carried out a customer survey with the help of the company Aktiv Bo. The survey covered all of Kilenkrysset's tenants. The result was very positive. For example, 87.4% of all respondents feel that Kilenkrysset is very good at taking the customer seriously and being available when help is needed.
