Activity at Kilenkrysset remains at full pace. All planned construction projects are progressing according to the project plan, and the company has a positive view of the future. Below we mention some of our ongoing projects.
DSV Road AB, Västerås
Construction of a transshipment terminal of approx. 3,000 sq m in Västerås for our tenant DSV Road AB, one of the world's largest providers of transport and logistics services, with complete solutions for the entire logistics chain. The frame and roof are now in place. The terminal will handle DSV's truck distribution of goods to, from and within the Västerås catchment area. Occupancy takes place on
1 September 2020, and the agreement runs for 10 years.
DHL Freight, Rosersberg
Extension of our tenant DHL Freight's existing terminal in Rosersberg. The additional area is a terminal area of 6,045 sq m. The foundation work is currently in its start-up phase. Occupancy of the new area is expected on 1 April 2021.
Sortera Recykling AB, Rosersberg
Customer adaptations are being made to existing premises so that our new tenant, Sortera Recykling AB, can move in and run operations covering two of its business areas: Recycling (collection and processing of construction waste into various raw materials such as fuel, metal, plasterboard, etc.) and Industry (vacuum technology for construction, industry and combined heat and power). Ground preparation is now complete, and asphalting will begin. Occupancy takes place on 1 October 2020, and the agreement runs for 20 years.
