Kilenkrysset Sweden and Bockasjö have previously announced that Sellpy is leasing
20,400 sq m in a newly developed logistics building. The building is located on the property Sigtuna Rosersberg 11:155, within Stockholm Nord Logistikcenter, Rosersberg, Sigtuna Municipality. This week a joint event was held to celebrate that construction has now reached “half-time”.
In September 2022, Kilenkrysset Sweden and Bockasjö AB, together with Sellpy, announced that they had reached an agreement to build a new, modern warehouse property to support Sellpy's growth journey. This week a joint event, “Half-time in the build”, was held, with the main focus on discussing measures based on the parties' ambitious sustainability goals.
“We at Bockasjö are glad to have taken part in the productive discussion with Sellpy. The ongoing construction project is going according to plan and meets Sellpy's high sustainability requirements,” says Joakim Hedin, CEO of Bockasjö.
