Kilenkrysset AB is selling residential land with a gross floor area of approx. 35,750 sq m in Strängnäs Municipality. The buyer is K-Fast Kilen AB, a subsidiary of K-Fastigheter Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”). The agreement concerns the sale of the property Strängnäs 3:21 and others. Kilenkrysset AB owns 49 per cent of K-Fast Kilen AB. The transaction is carried out as a company sale and is based on an underlying property value of approx. SEK 96.5 m.
The detailed development plan covering the land area is one that Kilenkrysset has worked on for a long time, since May 2018. The detailed development plan includes building rights with a total gross floor area of approx. 35,750 square metres for the construction of rental apartments and semi-detached houses in Strängnäs. The detailed development plan allows a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 32,600 square metres for approx. 350 rental apartments based on K-Fastigheter’s in-house concept buildings Lamellhus and Punkthus, and approx. 3,150 square metres for semi-detached houses. The detailed development plan gained legal force in October 2021.

Construction will take place in phases, and phase 1 is planned to start from 2022. Possession of the area is expected in the first quarter of 2022.
