Kilenkrysset AB has reached an agreement to sell strategic development land and industrial and office premises to Rosenqvist Fastigheter Holding AB. The sale comprises 106,000 sq m of development land, approx. 4,000 sq m of office premises and approx. 2,600 sq m of industrial and logistics premises in Rosersberg, Stockholm Nord.
“We are both proud and humble about this exciting acquisition,” says Mattias Lindqvist, CEO of Rosenqvist Fastigheter Holding AB, and continues:
“It is fully in line with our strategy of growing in Stockholm Nord, and this purchase strengthens our position in Sigtuna and the Arlanda region, where we want to be.”
The land and premises are part of the expanding logistics and business area rising west of the E4, just south of Arlanda. The office building in question is a very special building, not least for its location, architecture and layout.
“We would never have sold to anyone other than Rosenqvist,” says Jan Persson, CEO and owner of Kilenkrysset. “I know they will take care of the building even better than we did ourselves. We were inspired by the classic TV series Dallas when we built it, and now we know the building is getting a new, competent owner.”
