On 27 November 2020 Kilenkrysset acquired the property Rördrommen 9 in Strängnäs and at the same time signed a lease agreement with IDEMIA Sweden AB, the existing user and also the owner of the premises.
Possession took place on 1 December 2020.

As we care about growth and the business climate in Strängnäs Municipality, it feels good to offer the seller the chance to continue running its business in its existing premises,” says Matilda Pettersson, Business Developer at Kilenkrysset AB.
The acquisition comprises a property of approx. 4,800 sq m in total, divided between offices and commercial premises where IDEMIA Sweden AB manufactures bank and identity cards. The company has existed since 1968 and has operated in the current premises in Strängnäs since 1977. The Strängnäs facility currently has approx. 90 employees.
– One of the positive effects of the deal is that we can now focus on developing our business further by investing in our core operations. We are happy to hand over the management of the premises to Kilenkrysset, says Lars Larson, Operations Manager at IDEMIA Sweden AB.
