Kilenkrysset has acquired the property Jordbromalm 4:4 from Bring Frigo and at the same time signs a 10-year lease with the seller.
The deal deepens the collaboration between Kilenkrysset and Bring Frigo. Kilenkrysset is already Bring Frigo’s landlord in Staffanstorp and, after possession, will also be its landlord in Jordbro, Haninge. On the property, Bring Frigo leases approx. 6,500 sq m of refrigerated and frozen storage, and the food producer Bejing8 leases approx. 500 sq m of production premises.
The acquired property covers 38,400 sq m and lies in the well-established logistics area on Lillsjövägen in Jordbro, which is also strategically located just south of Stockholm. The property has unused building rights of 3,400 sq m.
