Kilenkrysset is developing the property Jordbromalm 4:4 with commercial premises for Nybergs Deli and is at the same time signing a 10-year lease.
The construction covers commercial premises closely adapted to the customer's operations, which consist of the preparation, processing and packaging of meat and plant-based foods. The process includes both heating and chilling of products.
The premises to be built involve demanding requirements for design, workmanship and choice of materials, as well as strict restrictions to ensure that hygiene requirements such as temperatures and flows are maintained. In total, the agreement covers a land area of approx. 13,500 sq m, of which 7,500 sq m will be the new building. Possession is expected in autumn 2021.
