Kilenkrysset is acquiring the property Sigtuna Rosersberg 11:145, located within Stockholm Nord Logistikcenter, Rosersberg, Sigtuna Municipality, and will construct a car dealership facility together with Fordonsbolaget. The project uses a so-called “Forward Funding” arrangement, which means that the construction is carried out jointly and that Kilenkrysset will own, manage and operate the building with Fordonsbolaget as tenant.
The facility will have an area of 10,398 sq m over four floors, of which the lowest is a split-level basement floor and the top floor is a smaller office. The building will have an attractive location with the best signage position facing the E4. The associated site area is 10,151 sq m and will include both parking and a storage area for vehicles. Occupancy is expected during 2023.
