In February, Kilenkrysset Bålsta and KW Däckdepå AB, part of the Anders Hedin Invest AB group, signed a lease agreement for the property Väppeby 7:249 in Bålsta, Håbo Municipality.
In total, the agreement covers a land area of 15,558 sq m, with a building of
4,580 sq m, divided between tyre storage, offices and a storage area for vehicles.
The building was previously built on speculation, and conversion work and customer adaptations are therefore currently being carried out before occupancy.
Possession takes place on 1 September 2020. The agreement runs for 10 years.
The conversion includes, among other things, floor casting based on advanced laser technology.
