Through the jointly owned company K-Fast Kilen AB, Kilenkrysset has acquired building rights for up to 300 rental apartments in Ormesta, Örebro Municipality. The building rights cover part of the property Örebro Almby 12:43 and are being acquired from a subsidiary of Lantmännen Fastigheter AB. A legally binding detailed development plan is in place for the area, and construction is expected to start in stages from 2023.
On the acquired property, K-Fast Kilen intends to build up to 300 rental apartments in K-Fastigheter's own concept buildings, Lamellhus and Punkthus. The estimated annual rental value after full development amounts to SEK 41 m. Possession and start of construction will take place in stages, starting in 2023. The transaction is carried out in corporate form and is based on an underlying property value of SEK 111 m.
