Kilenkrysset is buying logistics properties from Frigoscandia located in Götene Municipality and Lidköping Municipality. The deal includes the properties Götene Majåker 9 and Götene Majåker 23, Götene Municipality, and Lidköping Taggsvampen 1, Lidköping Municipality. A property readjustment is in progress for the properties in Götene Municipality. All three are fully let to Frigoscandia and will remain so after possession has taken place.
The parties know each other well. Frigoscandia already leases two properties owned by Kilenkrysset, Jordbromalm 6:90 and Jordbromalm 4:4, both located in Jordbro, Haninge Municipality.
