In December 2020, Kilenkrysset completed a land sale of 157,000 sq m to DSV in Rosersberg. On the property, DSV will build a new automated logistics centre of 68,000 sq m. The premises will also include an approx. 5,000 sq m cross-docking terminal and office premises. In total the building will be 73,000 sq m and is due to be ready for use at the end of 2021, making it the largest logistics establishment of 2021.

We also see it as very positive that, in addition to good logistics conditions, the transaction brings further jobs to Sigtuna Municipality, says Jan Persson, CEO and owner of Kilenkrysset.
The new logistics centre will house DSV's three business areas, Solutions, Air & Sea and Road, and is expected to bring approximately 200 new jobs to the Rosersberg area. The TPL operations within DSV Solutions are currently located at four sites: Landskrona with 54,000 sq m of warehouse space, Borås with 58,000 sq m of warehouse space, Norrköping with 26,000 sq m of warehouse space and a facility in Arlandastad with 25,000 sq m of warehouse space.
