Kilenkrysset Swe and Bockasjö are leasing 20,400 sq m in a newly developed logistics building to Sellpy. The building is located on the property Sigtuna Rosersberg 11:155, within Stockholm Nord Logistics Centre, Rosersberg, Sigtuna Municipality.
The transaction comprises a 10-year lease agreement with an associated green annex. The building will be fitted with a 500 kW solar power installation and will be environmentally certified under BREEAM. Expected occupancy is 1 September 2023.
