Kilenkrysset Sweden is buying the property Sigtuna Vallstanäs 2:351 from three entrepreneurs.
The purchase covers a newly developed, flexible building of approximately 3,600 sq m, divided into three separate premises adapted for gym, padel and restaurant use, together with an associated site area of approximately 6,000 sq m. Nordic Wellness is the largest tenant and leases the majority of the building, where it runs gym and padel operations.
“The property will fit well into our existing property portfolio within Stockholm Nord Logistics Area. We already own several properties in the area, but none adapted for businesses of this kind, which we see as positive,” says Annika Persson, CEO and owner of Kilenkrysset Sweden.
– We developed the property and are pleased to have sold Sigtuna Vallstanäs 2:351 to Kilenkrysset Sweden, a large, long-term property owner in the area. We look forward to seeing how they develop and manage it in the best possible way in the coming years, says Hamid Khanahmadi.
